And the morning dew
I perceive dream-like symbols
In the fog
I am wary ...
The visions may pass
And with their passing
The arrival of a new
Day
The passions are palpable
Flickering silent at the crossing
Of yet another new bridge ...
... the Bridge of Sighs
And the sun will shine on my face
Yet, with what memories
With what witness
Seek the path back
To find road-signs for a new
Day
