Today brings yet another addition of some of the best vittles we've created (okay, mostly that my lovely wife has created!) here at The Celtic Camera kitchens. I hope you're hungry because on today's menu we have:
1. Potato soup and meatloaf (yes...meatloaf!) with spinach garnish.
2. Breakfast for dinner: biscuits and sausage gravy with eggs and bacon.
3. A lovely pork tenderloin with wild rice and Brussels with bacon and onion.
4. A most tasty homemade chicken soup.
5. Beef tenderloin, baked taters and cauliflower smothered in a wine and Worcestershire sauce.
6. A bachelor's dinner of big-damn roast beef sam'mich and (Progresso) chicken soup.
7. Some Brussels in a wild rice, pine nut, bacon and mushroom concoction.
8. And finally, filet mignon over a bed of rice, 'shrooms and onions with a white wine sauce and a side of broccoli.

Boy, howdy ... that was some good eatin', I tell you what! Now, go get yerself into yer kitchen, get a little creative with the ingredients you have on-hand ... and don't forget your camera!Slainte,
